Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is 14 days:
- in the case of a service contract, starting from the day the contract is concluded;
- in the case of a sales contract, starting from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods;
- in the case of a contract for multiple goods ordered by the consumer as part of a single order and delivered separately, from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last good;
- in the case of a contract for the delivery of goods in multiple partial shipments or pieces, from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece;
- in the case of a contract for the regular delivery of goods over a specified period, from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the first item;
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail or an email) addressed to Push Brush. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you (e.g., via email) a confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal.
Goods that are delivered sealed and are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons—provided that the seal has been removed after delivery—cannot be returned; once opened, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract

to be returned or handed over. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties, and functionality.
If you have requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you notify us of your exercise of the right of withdrawal regarding this contract, compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
